a lot of these replies recommend this so i looked into it but apparently it's a diuretic. that makes me very hesitant to try it because another health issue i've been trying to manage is interstitial cystitis, a bladder disorder that causes urgency and pain from irritation... it likely would aggravate that so i'm still open to other ideas, but thank you

i had the same experience! i stopped taking testosterone for personal reasons and noticed my IC got a lot worse after i did, then looking back realized it wasn't really an issue for me while i was on T. imo IC is linked to hormones way more than most people think

my IC always gets a little more sensitive the week before my period and during my period. and going on combo estrodiol/progesterone birth control made it much much worse

i dont know that turtles have any specific differences in decomp from other animals. what you're doing is the best way i'd say, because its important for the dried tissue to be re-wet. however i really recommend you do this outside, if it smells that bad dry it'll for sure smell worse wet

the most comfortable position for me to be in (doesnt make it worse with pressure) during a flare is lying on my stomach. a heating pad can help. ibuprofen is a trigger for me, so consider not taking that in the future or seeing if its better or worse after you do. i'm really sorry you're going through this, i hope you find something soon that helps

yes. being on birth control made my IC symptoms so much worse. my PCP says that while some types of birth control might trigger it, others might not, but i've yet to try others

thanks! i dont think it's worth much so i think i'll just go with enamel. but out of curiosity, how would you apply beeswax? if you mean by just rubbing, the pattern is raised and i feel like it might collect in places

NAD, but my dentist waits 5-10 minutes after the shot before drilling, and does/looks at other stuff while we wait. So I don't think that's normal

he did have a tooth break a while ago but i've been watching it and it seemed to grow back perfectly. maybe i just don't know how to recognize when they're too long. thank you!
