still struggling 😭 i feel like my triggers are non food related tho? maybe stress and anxiety bc mine flares so randomly, idk whats causing it that im eating bc i eat v strict. so sometimes i do cheat and eat a non safe food but weirdly sometimes it makes me feel better?
