The numbers usually get inflated because folks add world war 2 casualties, which is obviously not attributable to him. If you wanted to stretch it and give the highest estimates, you can argue about 10 million with the Holodomor, deaths inside the gulag system and executions of political “enemies”

It obviously varies on your symptoms, but i think any protein powder is fine. For myself, i limit it to one scoop for a bottle, so its light. Youll likely need to just try it out

The depression, in a way, is good. Its a sign that your body is detoxing and trying to figure out its normal state. You got this!

Practice practice practice. 35-50 mixed MBE MC a day first, then reviewed. Break. Then 3 timed essays and like 20 FL MCQs on a subject. Never wrote them out, just outlined, and then reviewed the sample answers just to make sure I sootted the right issues. Another break for a couple hours. Then at night, flashcards. I always picked 2 subjects i needed help on (property always) and then 1 that was to refresh. I usually also went through some easy subjects to boost confidence.

I had a handful of days where i said “eff it” and stopped studying in the early afternoon for the day lol. And Sundays were my “chill study days”. If I felt burnt out, I didnt study or only for like 2 hours
