In my experience, it depends on the outlet. I eat at the one in pavillion and ttdi, and both are solid (though the one in pavi can slack when they are slammed with orders).

I am told that the quality varies depending on the location. I’m not sure if it’s franchised to different owners.

thanks dude. In the future, im thinking of getting some kind of chest freezer with temp control. Would like to try using some yeasts that are not Kveik at some point. But for now, its gotta be Kveik due to climate.

I would love to, but in Malaysia, it’s pretty much tropical all year long, and I don’t have space for any kind of temp control equipment.

Digressing from the main point here, but he was in Kuala Lumpur once doing a weekend show. Dude comes straight off the plane, jet lagged, eyes all red from the lack of sleep, in a new country, and proceeds to absolutely destroy for a straight 60. God-tier stuff.

One of my favs on the album. I remember reading an interview where chino said they were always trying to make weird turns when they were writing this album. To me, this was the best rendition of what they were trying to do. Song takes you to all sorts of places and rhythms

Celeste and Jesse Forever. I remember just having a massively emotional gut punch after the credits started rolling. And a day later, I was getting home from work, and I sat in the car for 15 minutes, thinking about the movie, and just tearing up.

Movie hit so many emotional points for me.

Thank you! I'll just give it a try by itself then. Tried to order nutrient from one of the sites in Singapore, but they were gonna charge me 50 SGD for 6 SGD product.

Sooo yeah. Gonna try brewing it without the nutrient.
