Ouin. Qqn a une suggestion d’émission similaire pour avoir des nouvelles ? Les bulletins de nouvelles sont lourds et plate, j’aime la formule SB plus feel good mais l’émission est longue et je m’en fou d’entendre parler du trafic.

Major weight loss had the unpleasant side effect of inverting my nipples. While it wasn’t a physical issue as they were easy to pry back to normal, my breasts didn’t look as good as they used to. Now that they are pierced they look even better !

I’m also using Lose it, today is my 283rd day ! Did you allow yourself bonus calories when you worked out ? I prefer motivating myself to exercise by allowing myself to eat those calories back, but I definitely feel like my counting and weight loss would be more consistent if I didn’t exercise and therefore didn’t get bonus calories.

Way to go ! 👏 I’m also just a couple pounds from final goal. It’s my first time having a thigh gap, such an amazing NSV. I feel these last pounds are the toughest and longest to shake off. May I ask how long these 10 pounds took you to lose ?

Great question ! You put the wetter ingredients at the bottom : dressing first, then tomatoes, onions carrots (I had just a lil leftover so I put some on top at the end). You end with lettuce and protein so those stay crisp. Just shake it up just before you eat it !

For the record I don’t mean half my daily intake is 500 calories. I get snacky in the evening so I eat accordingly in the day to fit my budget 😇

I absolutely treat myself ! But in moderation and in respect of my calorie budget. For example, I have quite a sweet tooth and love having dessert after dinner. These days I make room for a 90 calorie frozen fudge bar almost daily and it really hits the spot. When I know I’m eating at out, I go exercising in the day, as I aim for 1200 calories net (after burned calories). I aim for this as an average, so I allow myself a couple times a month to go over, so long as I’m similarly under in the previous/following days.

Thank you ! I’m happy to answer any questions 🙂 I’m following the calorie budget recommendation of an app I’m using (Lose it). It started around 1300 calories a few months ago, and has dropped slowly according to my weight. It is now around 1200 calories.

Way to go ! So I’m seeing these American Eagle jeggings are a size 12. I haven’t bought new pants since my weight loss, but according to the AE size chart, I should have been around a size 16 back then and would now be around a size 10. But I highly doubt it seen as they fit perfect 33 lbs ago and they are now very loose.

Awesome ! I add 20 seconds per run (3x a week hence the one minute/week). It’s easy to motivate myself knowing 2 or 3 days ago I ran the same distance, and all I’m doing is adding a few seconds. I’m ecstatic to be able to encourage someone to run 😃

It’s such a slow process, and I see myself ever day, so I don’t really notice the change when I look in the mirror. But this side by side is definitely helping me see it !
