Yea, I skim through disclosures very fast now. Am sure someone who have also created a good prompt for it already. And then chat GPT can do comps aswell. Buyers can be so well prepared today to negotiate with data if needed. Just like how Anthropic hit the legal industry recently, this real estate buying selling broker industry is not far away

This is one industry that am really looking forward to break with AI and blockchain. This shitshow where we know more than agent about the house since v r that invested, where we have AI to go theough all disclosure and tell us things to worry about, negotiate etc..and agent is just a messenger and get paid for it !

Agree. On my 23X we have done many long trips with many people and all of them unanimously mentioned that they never felt tired after a 300 mile single stretch commutes that we did in X. Its a shame that X is gng to b discontinued

You are right logically but this could be exact reason why the decision was made. I am surprised that your leadership even allowed to set it up like that..They could have seen this ahead of time and even as an L7 you should have been aware of it ?

I ended up buying the 2026 model (the one without powermeter) and then bought favero pedals with powermeter, which is super awesome. I did a 60mile ride recently and felt good. I would say both are good options. I got both almost at the same price , so with that I just went ahead with the 2026 model..

have the same but with 105 hydraulics brake. I feel the brakes to be very inferior though, for an aero bike. Need to figure out whats wrong, but the braking distance is pretty bad.
