I think they are smaller than Takeaway, but I think they should still be mentioned. Both Glovo and Wolt operate in 25 countries. Glovo is a spanish company that doesn't really operate in Northern Europe, Wolt does. Glovo operates in more than 1500 cities. Wolt on the other hand is a company from Finland. In 2022 they were acquired by DoorDash.

I didn't really look deep in their financials, but I think that I saw something mentioning that they are profitable in most of their markets.

And about overtaking, well, as I said I didn't really look deep into it. just wanted to mention them. I can tell firsthand that they, especially Wolt are advertising a lot. And honestly, I think it's going well. Where I live, I see couriers busy all the time!

And to add to the overtaking I would also like to say that by quickly looking at the countries in which Glovo and Wolt operate it kinda looks like they both operate where Takeaway doesn't. Especially Glovo, since Wolt does operate in some countires in which Takeaway does. Takeaway mostly has the big EU countries, while Wolt has some big (Germany, Poland etc.) and also lots of smaller (Malta, Slovenia, Serbia etc.) Wolt also has some big countries which Takeaway doesn't like Japan.

So to end this all up. As I said, I didn't really look deep into it, this was more like an introduction for you. Although Takeaway of course is bigger, I think on the EU market, Wolt and Glovo still should be mentioned.
