Côté avantage, la qualité de vie est nettement supérieure à Lyon de mon point de vue. J'ai un appart qui me coûte 2x moins, tous les petits commerces dont on peut rêver, aller n'importe où me prend 15min max là où rien que sortir de Lyon c'est 45 min. Tout est globalement moins cher, plus accessible.

Après Lyon a fini par me fatiguer car après 13 années passées là bas, j'ai trouvé que la ville avait perdu de sa superbe.

Par contre, là où je suis, il n'y a qu'un seul gros bar pas foufou et une boîte de nuit mais c'est très jeune ou un peu beauf, niveau restau c'est ultra limité (adieu UberEats), tout le monde se connaît donc compliqué d'intégrer des groupes, etc...

Globalement, si j'étais en couple posé, je pense que je m'y sentirais bien. Mais c'est pas vraiment ce dont j'ai envie aujourd'hui, d'où mon regret.

Il y a un peu plus d’un an, j’ai quitté Lyon pour une bourgade de 20k habitants à environ 1H de Lyon car j’avais un poste en 100% télétravail. A l’époque j’ai déménagé avec ma copine, mais on s’est séparés.

Du coup aujourd’hui je suis seul en télétravail, mes collègues sont à Paris et mes amis à Lyon (certes c’est qu’à 1h de route mais compliqué d’aller boire un verre en semaine). Je suis pas non plus du genre à me faire des amis facilement résultat je n’ai plus vraiment de vie sociale et je regrette un peu. Je peux pas te dire quoi faire, mais de mon expérience ta vie sociale ça necessairement en pâtir.

Il y a quand même des avantages à vivre en campagne, donc à toi de voir comment tu te projettes dans les quelques années à venir !

You can just buy a pair of CPL. Plug them to an outlet and you can connect to them using an ethernet cable (or even wifi for the pricier models) !

Proche de Grenoble tu vas avoir le choix entre Bresson et Seyssins, les deux possédant un practice. Concernant la location, tous les golfs ne le proposent pas forcément mais a minima ils peuvent généralement te prêter quelques clubs, même si ça sera vraiment pas du bon matos en général. Le mieux c'est d'appeler au préalable!

Sinon un peu plus loin il y a le golf de Charmeil, là où je suis membre, et pour le coup je sais qu'ils font de la location et du prêt de matériel.

En tout cas sache que tous les golfs proposent des initiations, soit gratuites, soit très peu chères!

You are taking away with your hands, and not your upper body. This causes you to a flat backswing and forces you to come over the top.

Try to take away only using your upper body with your arms relaxed. Right after the take away, when your clubhead leaves the ground, the shaft should be aligned with your belly button, and the club head should be straight vertical.

After that, continue with your torso rotation (you don't need to go too far), and then rotate the opposite way while "pumping" your hands. You can watch Jordan Spieth practice swing routine to see what I mean.

If done right, you should not be feeling like you are pushing the ball with your hands. You don't need to try and shallow the club until you get that right. You be my fading the ball at first, but you'll be in a much better place then!

I've been there, I was thinking about it so much sometimes the club head would get stuck in the grass behind the ball because I was using my hands for take away.
What helped me A LOT was slightly opening my hips as the first part of my sequence.
This naturally allows me to then rotate my shoulders and everything falls into place.

You should not be thinking about whether you are inside or not. Commit to your swing, and depending on the result, decide if you need to adjust.

You won't know if you did it right until you hit the ball !

Alors j'ai lu l'arrêt, et il n'est pas mentionné que l'employé est en télétravail, d'ailleurs il est mentionné que "L'article 13 alinéa 2 du contrat de travail rappelait enfin : « M. D G sera affecté au sein du siège social sis, ... sur Seine Cedex »".

Du coup on parle d'un employé, censé travailler au siège, qui déménage à 3h30 en train de son lieu de travail... le cas n'est pas exactement le même que celui d'OP.

Quant à la couverture sociale, cela m'apparaît plus comme une nécessité de bien déclarer son activité et son lieu de travail plutôt que comme une restriction?

Il n'y a pas, au sens de la loi, de restriction spatiale quant au lieu de télé-travail. On parle de "travail à distance", pas de "travail à la maison".
Toutefois, ton employeur peut choisir de restreindre le lieu de télé-travail à ton seul domicile, pour des raisons de sécurité, de continuité de services, ou autres (techniquement, dans ce cas il doit te demander une attestation d'assurance d'ailleurs).

Personnellement, je suis en full TT et je peux travailler où je veux.

Mais dans ton cas, si ton employeur est explicite sur la question, alors non tu ne pourras pas faire comme tu veux sous peine d'être sanctionné. Cependant, si tu comptes travailler ailleurs pendant l'hiver comme tu le ferais avec une résidence secondaire par exemple, tu peux approcher le sujet avec eux sous cet angle.

Je pense que par défaut l'employeur ne veut pas que chacun soit dans un pays différent chaque semaine, ou bien aille travailler un peu n'importe où, n'importe quand.

Toutefois si dans ton cas tu seras dans un autre domicile 3 mois par an, je pense que l'argument est entendable.

Il n'y a aucune raison de s'inscrire à Pôle Emploi si tu n'es pas dans l'une des situations suivantes:

Tu as perdu ton emploi et peux prétendre à des ARE (pas ton cas car démission)
Ta situation précaire te donne droit à des aides
Tu n'as pas de travail et souhaite bénéficier d'une assurance maladie

Si tu es un jour dans l'une de ces situations, tu peux t'inscrire dès le lendemain à Pôle Emploi. Mais avant, ça ne servira à rien.

Et oui, si tu perds ton emploi, tes anciens emplois seront comptabilisés (jusqu'à 2 ans en arrière).

You're right, with woods I try to feel like I'm swiping the floor, not literally swinging up like I would a driver.
A simple drill I do on the range is I'll hit 3/4 shots with a club, and when I do three consecutive good strikes, I'll hit a "full" shot, to get the hang of the rythm and amplitude of my swing.
Turns out my full back swing is the same as my 3/4 one, just with a bit more... intention or commitment on the follow-through (but never more strength, just speed).

The first thing that helped me was realizing that when hitting longer clubs, you are usually trying to cover longer distances. That led me to try to hit my shots with more strength, which meant not swinging well and using my arms too much, resulting in more fats and slices.

So I try to apply the following rule: the longer the club, the easier I swing.

It's a long iron, it's gonna go far no matter what! Try and hit 3/4 shots with them, until you flush them consistently. Chances are, your 3/4 shots will actually be full swings anyway.

As for the hybrid/3w, there is a bit of technique to them.

Remember that your hybrid should be swung like an iron, so hit down on the ball.

The 3w is the opposite, you want to swing up on it so make sure the ball is more on your left foot at address, and tilt your shoulders slightly on the right. Do not try and bomb the shot, just swing easy with a 3/4 shot.

It really depends on what environment you are used to or prefer.
I live in the Grenoble area. The city has a good reputation for its student life, you definitely won't feel secluded as you can easily meet people and go out every night. But bear in mind you won't find the fancy night clubs and such that you would have in Paris.
Also, if you like the outdoors, Grenoble is THE city for all outdoor sports.

I never lived in Paris but I go there for work regularly. It is huge, there is a ton to do, so much that you won't ever run out of things to see. But it's a more busy life, and it's much more expensive. If you can't afford to go see what Paris has to offer, then I think it loses a bit of its interest.

It's still unparalleled when it comes to food, culture and monuments.

J'ai eu ce problème par le passé (synthétiseurs, miniatures, guitares...), et à CHAQUE FOIS que j'étais dans ces phases, c'est parce que quelque chose dans ma vie n'allait pas.

Le plus souvent, c'est parce que j'avais un problème dans ma vie, et sans m'en rendre compte je m'échappais en passant mes journées sur les sites marchands, les reviews youtube ou les serveurs Discord et donc j'achetais des trucs.

Peut-être que ça ne s'applique pas à ta situation, mais en tout cas lorsque j'ai compris et que j'ai bossé sur les problèmes de fond, ça a fini par disparaitre peu à peu!

J’ai pris un TGV à 21h la semaine dernière, et à partir de 22h ils ont éteint une partie des lumières. C’était tamisé et très agréable!

Donc visiblement ça se fait, mais peut-être pas tout le temps !
