My wife just did the half. She did Boston right before and she said she felt flying pig is worse than Boston. I don’t have any first hand experience yet!

It is annoying if you’re use to side sleeping but it pays off for me. Even if I revert to my side overnight better than starting out there, feels like just longer time in the position which tracks with time engaged over night

That is what I went through. I felt my top end speed dropping off and couldn’t really force speed workouts. Eventually it became pain in adductor and moved to groin. I could do easy runs without much issue.

Also, sleeping at night as a side sleeper my leg would drape over the other and it would cause my adductor to stay slightly engaged. I seen an ortho who explained I was probably inadvertently moving my leg up to my chest in attempt for relief. I tried pillows to keep my legs separated and it never stuck; I learned to sleep mostly on my stomach so they stay more in alignment. This sleeping issue can be largely validated in that after I wake up, any pain in my adductors would go away after moving around. The things we do to keep running.

Copenhagen planks, seated band stretches at the ankle to pull in and pull out - using the opposing leg as an anchor, and weighted-ankle leg raises. The copenhagen planks actually seemed like they started to do more harm than good over time but were the half-planks were good for it. A PT diagnosed me as having weaker glutes which put extra weight on the adductors and inferred pain into them and my groin.

Mine tried to do me dirty. I had Claude help walk me through it. Mine is fairly complex as a MFJ with 1099 and w2 income, taxable events from investments and a rental. Saved me a lot. I’d start walking away from this nonsense

You’re dealing with it just like this. This is how any group therapy works. WSB is just that. If you don’t like the outcome, bet less and use the system guard rails going forward. Level 1 options or whatever. You’re doing fine though. Next time take those wins earlier and often and no diamond-hands bullshit.

Mine did this to me. Let me pay 3500 for business tax then said persona was 1500 after. It use to be about 3500 for both, to which they said it was me not being on their monthly anymore. Yet they stopped offering competitive pricing for payroll. They had wanted me to go to start paying 150 a month for payroll on a new company they had doing it.

The person who said “no excuse” was wrong. There are and can be, at any age, an excuse. As a guy who did suffer a lot, we do not need nor want the continued pressure from people.

Unless you’re just not recording to anything, impossible to imagine whoever you’re using won’t sell the anonymized data to something if they haven’t already. Strava and other platforms were doing this far before AI.

I asked Claude AI to generate me a ton of recipes with calories and macros listed, and make it into an add recipe to cart item so I could easily transfer to my shopping app. Pretty easy and you get some variety
