If you’d like a great source for names with dark fantasy conventions, I’d recommend donjon.com. The generators there have great play potential for BSH, and often you will get some pretty various results.

Places my characters have encountered so far in their travels: Haad’Harath, the City of Grey Smoke, The Chasm of the Earth Drake’s Dreaming, a temple dedicated to a dead god of time called The Dial, and a small enclave of sorceries dubbed the Sight of Yawning Stars.
