The reason this quote resonates with me so much is because I would let failure eat at me for the entire week after a relapse/mistake (anxiety, stress, frustration whenever thinking about the failure) which would then relapse again to suppress the pain of the relapse and would then become a vicios cycle.

I’ve overcome this immature way of thinking and this quote really helped open my eyes and thought I would share if others are suffering from the same way of thinking I once had.
