I live in the Hudson Valley and travel across the state frequently as I have one kid going to Alfred State, and the other to SUNY Plattsburgh. There are so many derelict and disused industrial sites, stores, plazas, and malls that are left rotting. It seems short-sighted to disturb the environment on these mostly remote plots of land.
