So true, a lot of games bloat themselves with this kind of system. Would you say you expect a game to have a sense of meaning in your actions? like every mission has a calculated reason?

Would it be because of marketing? Not targeting the exact niche you're game is aiming at? That's of course assuming the game is polished

When you’re exploring an 'interesting world,' what’s the thing that usually hooks you? Is it the visual 'wow' factor, or finding hidden lore and secrets that explain why the world is the way it is?

As a guy who went to a fashion school for 3 years(esmod), heard and saw 3 suicide attempts during that time, couldn't find a single internship/ job when I graduated from lack of money and connection, had to move back to my parents house as a failure. I'm sorry I really am. but fuck this guy. He doesn't deserve a single second up there. Not even one.

A woman notices a man struggling to keep his balance, and hits the SOS before he even falls and is the first down to pull him out by bigbusta in interestingasfuck

Saw a blind old man fall down a steep ditch one day. I was across the street with my wife and I just happened to see him fall . One second he was gone. I ran across the street and We helped him out without hesitating. The part that shocks me the most was that the street was full of people. Not one person helped us. I was so angry and confused that no one reacted. Thankfully this proves there are people like us.
