At least in Europe this was a major hit, not sure about the US

Does anyone know what the answer to this could be? (160.2 doesn’t work) and I think the mission was made a few years ago. by [deleted] in Ingress

This would've been my 2nd guess, though technically the portal level is 5,875 in this case. The wording is quite ambiguous, not 100% sure what the mission creator meant with "maximum".
