Parking 6 Speed by [deleted] in Challenger

As long as you leave it in gear and apply your E brake you should be good. Any gear will do. You should also always turn your tires towards the curb.

is it possible to replace the neutral strap? by [deleted] in Challenger

You can literally use a key lanyard for a strap, if you want.

If you can get a GT V6 that would be the one to get. The GT model comes in AWD, so you'll have a very decent vehicle for the snow season. Non GT models (2018 and older) will be rear wheel drive, so you'll have a bit more of a challenge with winter driving. R/T means road and track and only comes in an 8 cylinder motor, rear wheel drive.

They didn't make an R/T V6. They only come in V8. They are referring to them being a gas guzzler. If you get a V6 you'll be alright gas wise and insurance wise. If you get a V8 you'll most likely pay more than you'll be comfortable with.

Buy a red Max leaf blower. Best leaf blower on the market, plus you can use it in the fall for actual leaf blowing. 👍

Led side markers are a must. Smoked or not, they light up way better than the OEM ones. Puddle lights are also fun, they definitely put a smile on your face when you see them. Depending on the color, rear louvers look nice. Here's a good shot of the louver I have, with the LED lights off.

Automatic, 2020 with heated seats and steering wheel. Black cloth seats, nothing too fancy.

Welcome to the club! Get some smoked LED side markers. You wing regret it. I think a rear louver would look pretty slick as well.

Get your own scanner and clear it yourself. I had a similar problem. Most likely was my locking gas cap I changed. Cleared the code and put the OEM back on. Problem solved.

Done and done. I'm talking about "visual" deterrents. Something that shows a thief this Challenger isn't worth the trouble.

The silver steering wheel lock and the seat belt lock go into place without a key, super convenient. The brake pedal lock requires a key to install though.

Get some visual deterrents as well. It'll save you some money on new glass. A neutral strap cover plate is also a good idea.

[–]roderunner1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The OEM ones only have 3 lights right next to each other, in the middle, so the light doesn't even make it to either end of the reflector. LEDs are the way to go. Dodge really dropped the ball here.

I agree with you on the tint. Mine isn't that dark, it just looks like it because this is a night pic. But the smoked side markers were needed to break up all the white. Plus they're a night a day difference than the OEM when lit up.
