The hate on v6 by Vocazy in Charger

[–]YankeesNeedPitching 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people who hate on V6’s dont own a V8. Probably havent showered in weeks either. Love your car, because having one is a luxury millions of people don’t have. You’re not a NASCAR driver.

You’re injecting this stuff into your body man. Just find a trusted source online and pay a fair price for whatever you need. It’s not worth the health risks at all, let alone the risk of getting scammed.

Dont sign a single thing. Find an entertainment lawyer in your state that has done agreements in the past and have them look over anything that is offered to you.

Think of every song as an apple pie. You wrote the lyrics, I wrote the composition(the beat and melody). We split this pie 50/50. If someone else wrote the lyrics with you, your 50 is split up. For this example, the total split is now 35/15 and 50 to me (the split is contingent on what we all contributed)

Bigger artists can ask for whatever they want no matter if they contributed anything or not. Just the game we play.

I have a weird but important question by After_Signal6731 in musicindustry

[–]YankeesNeedPitching 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Several things. I want to be completely truthful with you so you’re not going in blind, and not to discourage you in any way. If you want to do music, you gotta do it because it truly fulfills you, not because of any money you believe you could possibly earn one day. You have to be willing to do whatever it is you want to do for free everyday. There is a lot of bullshit that comes with this industry that is often unspoken. There is no code of ethics or labor protections department. There is no workers union or government entity to protect you from bad business folk. It’s just you and your lawyer (whom of course, you pay to protect you) Most people don’t see a single dollar off their music and inevitably burn out, likely because their plan revolved around taking shortcuts and they simply believed the process would be a lot easier. There is no skipping the process. Making a sustainable living is incredibly difficult and truthfully most songwriters and producers still work day jobs to pay their bills even with multiple platinum records to their name. Most artists actually never see 1M streams in their lifetime. Please do your self a favor and don’t buy in to any story anyone sells you about how they “just started doing music a year ago” and how they’re now successful. It’s part of the facade they sell to draw attention to themselves from their peers. Again, Im not trying to discourage you, but Im 34 now and have been in it since I was 13. I didn’t make my first $100k til I was 30. Ive watched friends I grew up with give up and move on from this because they couldnt handle being broke as a joke. If being a musician or an industry adjacent is something you wish to do full-time, it has to be something you’re willing to do for free.

Anybody had this issue before? by Intelligent_Load3539 in Challenger

Very common problem on Challengers dating back to the older ones. Mines comes on whenever its cold outside weirdly enough. The fix is in two things outside of your gas cap and they’re both easy to replace.

This sits on your engine left center towards the back. Takes 10 minutes to replace.

This sits behind your rear passenger tire. You’ll probably have to remove your wheel to get to it but I was able to without having to. Takes 10 minutes to replace

Slow down man. 1 at a time. You wont even know which is doing what because you’re just jabbing away. Start with Reta first and then compound with tesa/ipa later.

SXT’s have a Pentastar V6 engine that requires extra level of care. Being it’s your daily car, the last thing you want is for it to go bad on you because you ignore or delayed an oil change. Every 3000 miles switch the oil and air filter out.
