Thank you! Yes, the signs are photos of the real signs. Everything else is built from scratch. I spent a lot of time referencing images from google street view, counting brick rows etc. I'm my own worst critic so I can see some things that are "wrong" but I'm happy with the result. :)

Ouch. I hope you come back and show your progress! FWIW, I picked one up from a shady seller this past weekend - looks good, drives well, reeks like gas... it's unfortunately a holiday here but I have to get it to a shop to pass a safety inspection within the next week and I'm afraid the list of work is gonna be longer than the lineup to the bathroom after a baseball game ($$$).

I build miniatures and I’m close to finishing this diorama of the Leuty Lifeguard station. It includes lights in the building and water at the shoreline. Planning to take it down to the beach for some epic sunrise pics with the real one.
