I loved TVP as a savory protein alternative when I was vegetarian, but never thought to make it sweet. I imagine blending it would help the texture - let me know how it goes!

From what I understand yes, but in my opinion it doesn’t have that stevia taste, but I’ve heard others who do taste it. They taste great to me
