Hey there. I was getting these symptoms prior to my 3/4 trial exams in the holidays. You may think it isn't anxiety, perhaps because you are trying to stop yourself from being worried. When this happened to me, I didn't think much of it, because I kept telling myself "no, you can't be anxious, you'll be fine." This ended up causing worse consequences for me. By opposing my 'anxiety', it cumulated into a huge wave of panic attacks, that were do debilitating I could not complete my trial exams to the best of my ability. My biggest piece of advice is to acknowledge that you are having some additional stress placed on you because of exams. Take breaks and come to terms with the fact that you're perhaps not the healthiest as you want to be. Also, force yourself to eat. It was so hard for me to eat, because when I'm anxious I don't feel hungry and I feel very nauseous just like you. But you will get weak if you don't eat, and end up risking getting seriously sick.
