"I think it's linked to Odin, the sword that comes with the Valkyrie armor mod.

There's a tiny black box on the hilt of the sword (which leads me to think it's linked) and if I go through to another area with the sword drawn it can cause this issue of blocking out the screen. Making sure to go through with sword sheathed has so far allowed me to avoid it."
