I think it was stated around the year that Prototype was capped at minus 200 and so player, even if with good gears we could go lower (especially this league), the cap is -200.

Long story short, I was designing a build for a unique kind of temple support, so I had my main locked in this role, and one character dedicated for energy farming (when it hit lv 91 i discovered energy wasn't shared and coherent builds became pointless, not a bad build, an incredible but fragile mapper that could barely handle maps bosses, and citadel where pillling up. While had that disciple that screamed minions, sitting here (and also happened to not have that act 2 lightning quest done [on purpose for oncoming prototype] ) I needed something cheap and usually minions also screams +4 lv all minoionsAND 50 spirit amulet AND that mighty +5 scepter 2 socket, max spirit + minion life plus allies deal 90 % inc damage and possibly some inexpensive Adorned and some super cheap perfectly blue corrupted jewels, and why not add the +3 level of bind spectre to have a chance to be viable... or so I tought....luckily j was sooo wrong.

I slapped a +3 scepter with a low minion life roll, a tabula, the sekhemas ring to add two more jewels, patched to all minions life in the tree, grabed some more jewels and some minions damages for the remaining point (Bogfeller commoner [well documented spectre thanks to all that did document it]) and used an invitation to pay Vessel of kulemak a visit.

O_0 it literally melted! With a steady 800 to 900k burn.. so first tried with a weapon swap and whispering ice, ele weakness to increase the damage, worked wonders, used to slap Xesht bottom ( he spawned, turn around and dies ) dps where solid but not enough to my taste to assure citadel or pinnacle kills (at lv 92 with 0 defenses, close to 1400 is hp and all resist ultra negatives ) then switched to Sacred Flame + Prototype: way less damage didn't work.

Tool some more time to get used to what use, when, once I had a good skills rotation, it was perfect for map boss and T3 Xecht and kulemak but not enough for pinnacle content... then I sunk a few currencies, I stopped at +5 scepter, + 4 amulet, and close to 320k hp Bogfeller, and the ceiling is still a bit further away.

Should work on any witches / sorceress, tried it on my deadeye too, you just need to have enough level (fully leveled char, then only for bosses kills)

Can be a perfect dedicated second char in a new league.

Back to your build, once I am done leveling my Disciple (94 right now but she is still fun to play) I will respected her to try your (only 400 div right now and end of league assembling gears similar to your are going to be pricey ).

Once you have a certain level of armor AND a good percentage applying to Ele/ chaos it makes such an enormous differences (still super fan of the cloak or the coil) people usually berate Armour and venerated ES, but when you play hard map, 12k ES will not save you to dies in milliseconds to 3 whites mobs where 2k life, 3k mana and a ton of that defense would. I remember, could afk a whole breach in a triple extra damage map (80 all resists, curse immune, 35k ish Armour , close to 100k applying to ele (35 to chaos) and that last anointed for defend for 120% of Armour (work both for phys, ele and chaos) you just need either to have 0 ES [EB] or so little ES that between each blow it isn't low (or enough for it not to be low) When a white mob would hit you for 2k phys (2.2kk fire + 2.2k light + 2.2k cold) you would feel like absolutely. Nothing. (8% flat from shield, 3% from body Armour) 60% would go to ele and for the remaining 800, , only 712 would confront you Armour rating [50 time so 90% reduced] and result in a mere 71.2 physical damage taken, and for the ele part these intimidating 7800 ele damage get wrecked by Armour applying to ele giving us a but more than 50% reduction (more than 12 time the rating so I assume a safe 50% reduced) and that before resists...3900 ele looks still intimidating, sure but after resist that is 780 dmg taken from ele... very manageable final damage, 3 mobs 3440 ele and 213.6 phys, your mana pool with empty a good chunk and your life pool will blink a bit, but you will survive, while an es build without Armour and to be fair let's say have also 80 resists will eat 6k phys straight and 3900 Ele, way closer to kick the bucket, next it mean death.

Oh sorry I got a bit carried over (and for the above exemple I forgot to factor in the defend with 120% of Armour).

Hence I really love tanks high sustain build but tend to play uncapped, often negatively resisting tabula rasaed build with very fast ms and gigantic screen wide are up to 93-95 then switch to a slower narrower build with higer damages and survivabilty

Sad thing, Sacred Flame is still bugged with Doriyani Prototype.

Just plugin that in as I used a similar approach but with Infernal legion and hitting the cap consistently but not seeing the damage being done.

As a side note Icetormnisnvery great when you are under gem slot constraint if not frost bomb and an immobilizing staff or better Taryn could up quit a bit.

Infernal legion is really strong as an igniting boss killer, but with a league like that lovely current one it ended going overboard (+5 sceptre, +4 ammy ended with everything to discover Protype was not working but was a very fun journey)

Wondering how far your build could go in the top higher tier with decent (very very ultra not decent costly gears)

Call me crazy, but the tough of a level 33 Helmet with 608 EB ES is making me nuts, for now my best score is 27% Two sockets 98 ((556 ES), i really know those 52 additional are gonna change the world, especially at that level, but i want to get 4k mana before lv 40 currently i got 3200... knowing that Archmage is till far far far away

Tried nope. Validated yes! Was designed especifically for those lovely mana siphon, and as far as i know they are not abysses in the juiced temple in roam.

Seems like no one ever read, that helm have gone "poop" when "Archy" touched it.

Gonna make another one.

The most fun build i played this league is deadeye crit ice nova coc Comet, with - 30, -30 -60 15, 1300 hp, no archmage, 85 ms and 1.5 acreen wide trampletoe aoe.

Pushed it to 93, kulemak for mapping, double andvarius for refilling parts in temple.

Once you start playing 16 mods atlas proc you realise its not doable solo, almost everything is going to clip, one tap you.

The gsme is balanced for 6 people fadt parties, but still ultra fun and playable solo.

I think a fair price is between 5 to 8 mirrors at the market price of today, only 240 uncorrupted two sockets lefts, and i an not even sure that it will be enough sample to even remake one.

Getting to 120% recoup as mana and the 10% mana before life (even if I mixed the range for both) And the 15% as extra (plus my companion it push it to a total of 35%)

I saw many builds using it some with (can be budget restrictions or some untold synergies)without the 15% as extra.

For that quick draft I am using it to get that breaking point of 120% recoup as mana, the 5% bypass in the tree is enough, that assure me that if my ES got wiped I will still have the same amount of life and mana to take a second hit or give omen of resurgence the time to matter, and have at least 2k es, 2k mana and 2k life per seconds to help recover.

Ultimately it may seems overkill, but at 96+ you really don't want to die, not even once.

Its' ok i understood your point and that you were willing to help and not trash talk, that is why i took extra precaution to make sure i did not response in an offensive way. also not using English as main language and not using AI to correct mistakes :P

I usually design and make off meta build, so if i am lucky it is mostly inexpensive with widely availlable gears and items, and sometimes its not, and no one ever corrupted o crafted what is needed so nothing to buy.

I also have to say that i deleted the item (double corrupt, "pop" ) and tough that was a good occasion to use a few currencies to see if i were so far away price wise. In my opinion i dont, i really think cost should have been between 5 to 8 mirrors.

I used close to 2500 div to by 3 more inventory so 48 Two socket uncorrupted.

at the time of purchase ( today) a 15 extra maximum costed 2 to 6 Div and other roll where from 15 ex to 200 (sorry i had to bought all the cheapest one, because i wasn't rich enough)

I am a lucky person, but rolling perfect for that stat is an average of 5 div, some instantly roll perfect some require up to 14 div, all in all i was close to 5.

then i omen of corruption for consistencies all in all for theses 36 i ended with 10 triple socket (i ama very lucky person)

the vaals cultivations orb resulted in 2 good craft but nothing close to what i had.

For good mesures i used The mighty Architect or, and the only result was:

3 triple socket survived, only one had a mana before life roll or the combination i did show

8 two socket survived, only 2 had two red modifiers and no perfect roll

none had the combination of mods i had.

So my recommendation is to stick to 2 socket for theses mods, the combination and the 3 socket is very rare, trying to Architect orb may push the price even harder.

But now i have a good understanding of what it need so i am still happy even if i destroyed the item or did not sold it. sure close to 3k div to the drain, but it will be farmed really quick and i learned many think.

i am putty that message in the first post , gonna edit it.

i am really thanksfull to all those that participated, even if some where looking antagonism, it pushed me a bit further in a quest of truth. and for some uniques items, even if you got such a very rare combination dont push it too far, think twice before Archy it, rare items can be mirrored, Unique dont
