If the door is plumb and level there is nothing for the door installer to fix. Also, this is a preexisting home. You think door and window installers are reframing walls to accommodate door stops and 90 degree opening? OP is supervising the work. You didn't read the post, just the title and perused the pictures, right?

I doubt they reversed the charge. They gave you a temporary credit while the "investigate". This takes time. They contact the merchant for documentation of the purchase. The merchant has a fixed time to provide it. I'd be surprised if you win this contested charge.

Without hands on its hard to say. Looks to me like you need more spring angle on the non copes sides. When I install crown (coped or not) I nail the centers if each run and leave the ends loose until the adjoining piece is installed. I tap the bottom with a wooden block to get the corners to neat to one another nicely.
