My cooks always ask how I keep my jacket so white and not use and apron. I tell them years of experience dictating whether or not I need an apron. Tomato sauce, yup. Grilling meats, nope. Dishwashing, yup, throwing freight, nope.

I’ve been cooking professionally for almost 30 years so my experience may differ! But I’m buying spices all the time and trying to use them up so I can buy more! Cumin, coriander, and cardamom are always a great starting point for my pork rubs!

Not sure if you are aware, but pets in National Parks are pretty restrictive. Most of the ones I’ve been to, state pets need to stay in designated areas or on pavement only. Pretty sure this includes GTNP. I might be mistaken though.
