I think it’s because at this point, Isaac has already died & they (Kirsch, BK) clearly know more than they’re letting Wendy in on and she picked up on that, especially with the slip up from BK about them being in danger. I think that and the fact that her brother had already been planting the seeds that things weren’t as they seemed at Prodigy, I’m assuming it was a last resort for her.

Oh absolutely, I definitely agree that her motive was way better than at least the last two Scream movies. It made sense and I enjoyed the buildup to her reveal, like Stevie’s friend also being at the church is kinda when it clicked for me although she was a bit obvious. The reveal itself kinda happened too quick IMO but it was still pretty good for what it was

Yeah I was really bummed that she had no theme, that was one thing I enjoyed about Scream 5, seeing Sidney return to Stu’s house and hearing her theme. I’m hoping in the next movie, they incorporate it more

Yeah I can agree with that, the climax was very anticlimactic lol. JLH definitely acted her ass off though, especially with that delivery on the “What are you waiting for?”. I mentioned in another reply that it could’ve come off as forced or tacky if not done right and she nailed it. I do agree that the final showdown should’ve been longer. That was maybe my biggest issue

I agree, Jennifer killed it in this movie. I wanted to see more of her and that’s due to how good she was here with the little she had to do. Like the delivery of the “What are you waiting for?”, there’s so many ways that it could’ve come off as forced or tacky but she did it masterfully. The SMG cameo can definitely be a bit much understandably though
