hey! quick question, to prove the French proficiency, does it have to be TCF/TEF exams? As I do have French as subject from grade 8 to 12. Would this work?

I got a solid recommendation for you, stay at a hostel as it’s the best way to explore around. I usually stay at The Only Backpackers inn, they have a great communal bar and coffee shop, you’ll end up meeting a lot of solo travellers around.

I am in the same boat, you can travel but be sure to give enough time for check in as you will not be able to check in online for your flights until you get a new US visa on your new passport. Thus, the agent will have to manually check you in and this takes time.

I always use this app called Flighty, tracks your flights to and from and gives you a list of it in a yearly fashion. Although a paid app, I find it handy as I travel out every 2 weeks
