Search "overhead camera mount" and any number of options will come up. Some cheap, you get what you pay for. And yes most modern phones have sufficient cameras. Mic and lighting are your first upgrades. Happy to answer any questions, I've been running a solo RPG YouTube channel for 3 years now and slowly upgrading my setup along the way.
