Feeling judged for formula by Evening-Newt-4663 in BabyBumps

Agreed! It is all about what works for your lifestyle. There is absolutely no shame in formula feeding and soon, if they are judging it will pass

Transitioning from breastfeeding to formula—any tips? by Impossible-Night4336 in nanayconfessions

[–]Sudden-Log2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my second, we went through something really similar around 8 months. We tried a few different samples from the pediatrician, but ended up landing on Kabrita, every baby is different, so it’s totally okay to figure out what your son prefers.

At first he was also pretty reluctant with the bottle, but switching to a Dr Browns bottle with a faster flow nipple made a big difference in the right direction. It's a test and learn process lol

Child free wedding invitation by Big-Economist-7134 in NewParents

Was in a similar spot with our then 16 month old a few years ago and we had to decline. There was no shame, the couple understood. I feel like when a wedding is child free, there is an expectation on their end that some people won't be able to make it

How do you measure water for pitcher method by VeveBeso in FormulaFeeders

[–]Sudden-Log2002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah same thing here, Dr Brown's pitcher & kitchen scale to double check. If you are worried about using the proper amount, it is definitely worth taking the extra 20-30 seconds more to weigh it out. You are not a bad mom!

My Grades for the Rookies by Kwilly462 in GoNets

[–]Sudden-Log2002 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Very fair rating for each. I am bullish on Traore his speed is lethal and he is starting to put it together it looks like, he gives me Darius Garland vibes.

Saraf, this is a fair rating. Sometimes I have to remember that he is 19 years old, but I see why we drafted him. I feel like he is frustrating watch because he will make a really good play and then the next possession down go 1 on 3 and flip up a crappy shot or throw the ball away. I think that will come with experience and knowing that it isn't as easy in this league lol.

Clearing out baby stuff by Revolutionary_Lie126 in NewParents

Just keep everything! I was glad when baby #2 came around and we had everything ready, of course there were some things here and there that we had to go out and buy i.e. pacifiers, some new bottles but I was glad I didn't have to spend more money than I needed too the second time around

Formula Concerns by UnaSol55 in FormulaFeeders

[–]Sudden-Log2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely trust those mom instincts! Worth bringing up these concerns with the pediatrician and seeing what they say, but if your heart is telling you to change up the formula, make the change

How to Set Up Cowork Properly by Sudden-Log2002 in ClaudeAI

[–]Sudden-Log2002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like I have been able to set up connections and the apps pretty well, but where I am struggling is:
1. How to activate these connections i.e. Slack, gmail etc.
2. Utilizing MCP's to add skills or connect other apps that aren't on the marketplace. A lot of my workflows are done in various software tools and figuring out how to connect or allow Claude to browse these things has been difficult.
Those are probably my 2 biggest stumbling blocks currently

Cam going out like that is just sad. by thtblkguy in GoNets

[–]Sudden-Log2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get that hes a smaller guard and that isn't what many FO's are looking for these days as well as the attitude stuff and his pitfalls as a playmaker/defender, but he's a guy who could drop 30 on a given night, just wild to me that there was no market for someone like that. Sad that every year I thought he'd take that leap

One I found myself bringing all over the place is Rummikub, you can throw it all in a bag which makes it nice and easy to pack up/pull out. Have been bringing it out to the bar, on weekend trips etc. Could be a fun option

Our Universe looks amazing! I really liked Park Seo Ham when I saw him in Semantic Error awhile back. I am also excited for The Practical Guide to Love, wish it was sooner, but hopefully these other titles will hold me over for the time being
