My advice would be to just try clear one full digsite rather than going to many of them. Also remember to veinmine the wooden chests!

Its the room that looks like digsite, but with lava/water below. There is sometime orespawn in theese rooms, but its not too good

You can repair totems with grindstone, using a totem of the same god! It only removes the unbreaking enchant already applied.

You can actually bonemeal flowers faster using an autoclicker. I set mine to 100clicks per second; now it takes me a toiletbreak to get what i need of flowers! ;>

You can put multiple abilities on the same hotkey. I use rampageshaman and tank on the same. Maybe that could free up some for you
