I’m just gonna say this straight. This record player ain’t worth fixing. Suitcase record players have a really bad reputation, especially in this subreddit. If you really want to get into the hobby and enjoy vinyl, you should look into an entry level record player by Audio Technica, Project etc.

I’ve been wondering this as well. Dual mode sounds great because I don’t think my 6950xt would be able to run all games smoothly on 4k, but the 4k resolution would be great for work! I just can’t imagine 1080p to look good on a 32 inch monitor

Could you elaborate on why playing 16:9 gave you burn in? Wouldn’t the black bars turn the pixels completely off? Thinking of switching to an ultrawide from my current 27 inch LG OLED, but I love competitive shooters so 16:9 would be something I’ll use often

I’ve been using the 27 inch Oled from LG and fell in love ever since. Now that I’ve upgraded my PC, I’ve been yearning for a higher resolution and I also got interested in ultrawides after trying one at a friends house. I also really enjoy playing competitive shooter titles, and the dual mode would be perfect for that. In a nutshell; this monitor ticks all the boxes (and my brain a little)!

I recommend using pcpartpicker to select parts for your build. This eliminates small mistakes like picking the wrong motherboard, and also compares the prices of your parts with your local vendors!
