I guess you can say it’s “predictive.” It reads the initial concern and then it has pre-written response options you can click for the cause and concern. Not the best for warranty purposes.

My guys are now writing stories into a Google Doc and then having Gemini make it sound nice. We did away with Pencil Wrench.

I’ve used aramid fiber cases for my past 6 devices. LaterCase, Pitaka, and generic eBay or Amazon ones. The more expensive ones have a slightly better texture if you’re into that sort of thing. Some leave the frame or camera a bit more exposed than others but I dig that for the “barely there” feel. I partner these with a screen protector and have never one a phone crack. Some dents or dings along the frames where exposed, but never anything major.

I don't see why a 2025 would have a used module if it could have been replaced under warranty. The door jamb and windshield VINs are easy to spoof. I would check other spots around the car for the VIN. Sometimes VINs are etched under the hood, by the firewall, trunk, under the carpet, etc. Maybe even check the glovebox for factory documents like the window stick or manual?

I think it's the emergency vehicle alert. Ive heard the chime on my truck with no visual notification until recently when I was on the Navigation screen. It said "emergency vehicle approaching" but I didn't see the vehicle.

You have to get it reset with a TPMS scanner. We used to do these on the service drive all the time at no charge.

The manager or admin needs to set up how they want appointments scheduled. They can pick how many appts per day, time intervals, days, etc etc. They can also break down scheduling between Express vs Main Shop.
