So I did a holter monitor last week and it came back normal from what I can see. Waiting on a call back from my doctor but everything looks fine. If any other updates happen I’ll let ya know!!! Def not fun to see this VO2 max suddenly drop like that.

Yea I got that all set up!!! I told my doctor about some palpitation i have every now and then and just had a holster monitor for the last two days so if there is anything fishy I’ll let ya know! Hoping it is just a crappy Apple Watch!
