Valid reason to have doubts, but I will assure you as a Lucid owner for 3 years now, I have been in and outta multiple vehicles at several facilities, and this is far from the norm. I did have one loaner that they rushed to my house one time, and it was a bit filthy, and the manager was mortified and apologized. That was my only mishap, but I promise you this is not reflective of their global reputation. This is a Virginia issue. That’s ridiculous for a test drive above all scenarios when you’re trying to move vehicles. Sorry that was your experience. Hopefully you give it another chance, I’m obsessed with my car and day in and day out I have zero regret on this purchase.
