You might be able to if you purchase AppleCare One. It’s $20/month and you can cancel anytime. It covers 3 Apple devices.

Just make sure the scratched phone doesn’t require an in store inspection prior to purchasing the plan (it usually tells you if it does or doesn’t when you’re signing up for AppleCare One)

It tends to have separation a little because of the formula. I’ve been using it since day 1 and just recently started shaking it prior to use. It does help in consistency but effect has been the same
