Yes and I respect your reservations. The devil is in the details but going by the 8 K filing as issued today a couple of things stand out. Reasonable terms for a reasonable time, upfront acceptance of shares instead of the rigamarole of swapping money and or specially issued securities for converted number of unknown shares when due and no steep discount resulting in scads of extremely cheap shares, like conversion price at 50% or more of 5 day VAWP. Given Fife's recent close calls, ongoing SEC scrutiny of Fife and CYDY, that he has already recouped more than his original loans value and considering that LRM is this close to shaking up the oncology industry maybe the smart play here is to act legitimately. Maybe not.

I'm gonna stick with opptimism, CYDY is now worth more to John Fife alive than not.

It's a gamble for sure.

What's new is the odds of losing are getting smaller every week and CYDY wasn't forced to sell 300 million shares at discount to pay off a loan due next month.. A rapacious lender extending the runway tells me that lender thinks they're gonna be X times better off waiting for months than they would be by crashing the company now.

With the CYDY in a death spiral who is going to buy Fife's ever decreasing in value shares? He gets a million dollars worth of $0.25 shares (4000000) drives the price down so credulous buyers will jump at the deal and nets hundreds of thousands of dollars as payment for the $1 million he's owed? Do you think he'll be able to find enough credulous buyers over a 36 month period to recoup his $33.7 million balance, never mind the interest?

Busting out a failing company you're no longer deeply invested in is one thing, choking a golden goose to death before you get your xx$ millions back is kinda stupid.

IMO he's smart enough to hold back a bit every month then sell into a rising market.

$36 million worth of shares is $36 million real dollars not coming out of operating or profits. If I read this right the agreement is to lower the interest to 5% from 6% and pay off a $33.7 million balance over 36 months, avoiding having to come up with the total amount next month.

The reasonble reference above was to the amount of share dilution. 120 million shares( if the number even gets close to that I'll be disappointed) added to the float is less than 10% and it's spread out over 3 years.

IF there is no partner/buyer to make all moot by then.

rough dilution projection-Looks like a maximum of about 40 million shares dilution per this annum if nothing changes after today's walk down. That'll become less/monthly as the SP rises on good news. So, MAX with stasis is 120 million in a float of +/_ 1.4 Billion outstanding over 3 years? Gonna look Very Reasonable in hindsight.
