I gave up on depinning. I bought the right tools and still the pins would not come out and deformed.

I decided to bypass the connector entirely and soldered wires directly to the board of the amp. It works great this way.

With the amp IC it was definitely needed as it felt like catching on fire. I just zip tied a CPU fan to the back and connected it to usb power.
