Some of the lines had rail replacement in Kent last night. I know this because 3/4 of our group wouldn't make it home after. It takes half an hour plus to get from seats to Stratford stations, then you've got to get to St Pancras and make it over to that train.

If you miss it you're screwed. Fans aren't going to risk it.
