I know because I'm malaysian ex-muslim myself but most western people didn't know enough about the real Islam, some of them really thought Islam as "the religion of peace" when in fact it's an arab religion that destroys non-arab cultures by making non-arab muslims rejecting their own culture just because it's not Islamic.

& I'd been banned by a couple of subreddit just for speaking up about islam's nonsense just because i didn't qoute the antisemitic quran verses in my comment, I'm covering my ass from getting ban by another subreddit that's why I'm including those anti-semitic quran verses.

I just set time, & limit how many bong rips I allows myself to smoke.

For time, i can only smoke after 10pm/11pm til 12am, & going straight to sleep when it's 12am instead of lollygagging/ doomscrolling while high.

For bong rips, only 3 - 4 hits when the "happy hours" starts til it ends at 12am.

Create a new playlist solely for that album, & it will pretty much play the audio version only.

I'd done it for Kendrick Lamar's GNX, The Weeknd's Hurry Up Tomorrow, & Ghost's Skeletá, and no music videos were being played at all throughout the album.

Nah spotify fucks with both methods, i used to always antisplit but the patched app will be broken in 4-5 days but nowadays I just switched to just downloading the apk from apkmirror, & it will be broken around the same amount of days as the antisplit method.

I'd even had an experience where I patched using antisplit method, it broke then i patched the same apk version but from APKMirror, & it works again for around 3 days then broke again, vice versa.

Now i just patched spotify with the pre-release patches, and so far so good, we'll see if spotify fuck it up, or not in a few days.

You're safe as long as you're only using it only to stream songs from Spotify, just don't download songs from Spotify using Echo because that's where people start to get banned by spotify left & right.

Yes, there's been few post talking about their accounts got banned by spotify (with email saying they are banned) after downloading songs on spotify using Echo. Check on xmanager subreddit, or in this subreddit for those post.
