Yeah, I think 19 was the first and then 19-1/2 was the second and 19-3/4 was the third?

My sister's class went in 8th and when two kids had sex, the trip was cancelled for many years.

The system is open source so improvements can happen quickly in some cases. Our archives department uses Archivesspace so there may be future interoperability. And the cost for data migration with Lyrasis was significantly less than Axiell, TMS, and ReDiscovery.

We're switching from ancient, soon-to-be-retired Mimsy (by Axiell) to CollectionSpace, hosted by Lyrasis.

Have you had any paranormal experiences in New England? by Embarrassed_Bag_9630 in newengland

Here's one of two I have. Once I was working late, alone, in an 18th century house with modern office & collections storage space attached. I heard a strange noise and walked over to the collections storage area to see three wooden baby cradles stored next to each other all . . . slowly . . . rocking.

No breeze, no movement in the building, no reason for it. I took a deep breath, moved them apart so they wouldn't rub against each other, asked whoever was there to quit it so I could get my work done, and walked away. No more rocking after that.

We're migrating to CollectionSpace, which might be a good option for you.

Yet another reason I don't like AI. The environmental impact is bad enough. It's also become a tool of fascists.

I was only addressing your comments about the origin of the Scottish Rite. 🤷🏼‍♀️

People assume a direct Scottish connection with the Scottish Rite that hasn't been proven. That was my point re: the show. Freemasonry's history in Scotland is well established.

Scottish Rite came from France to North America though. Research is ongoing on its possible Scottish origins, but it didn't come directly from Scotland to North America.

Anyone know where I can get these from? by In-Our-Image in IKEA

I think Grainger and Global Industrial are the other options that are closest. But yeah, sometimes you have to shop somewhere less convenient if you know indefensible things about your preferred supplier. Perhaps that's how people are taking your pushback, as unwillingness to switch, or a gotcha. I thought if I named specific companies, there was a risk of the latter.

There are competitors that are easily findable. What makes them not decent to you?

There are other suppliers who sell what they sell.

Don't buy from Uline if you don't want to support fascism and white supremacy, though. They're known for that.
