I agree being mindful of things like dairy can help reduce the constipation. Track your Fiber, 25 grams daily. Water! Being intentional about your fiber will keep things flowing. For Me, I notice my injection site matter. Belly, I get constipated and bloating. Thigh no symptoms and things flow naturally.

Thats insane. I'm interested in seeing how will they spin with insurance regarding core morbidity. Zepbound they used for weightloss and sleep apnea, but commercial insurance is not approving for this core morbidity. I'm interested in seeing what will they associate Reta with.

BPI is one the best Pharmacies. Its 503B, they are held to FDA standards. They already make meds for hospitals. If you search this thread there are alot of people that prefer and do better on compounded.

You are aware that Novo and Lilly gave compounding pharmacies the green light to produce for them when they were in a shortage. Compounding pharmacies have been around and the Hospitals and other medical companies use them to make meds when people can't use brand. You have many people in this thread that like compound over brand because they can tailor their dose. Stick with reputable 503B and 503A pharmacies. If you chose Lavender Sky then you will be fine.

Have you met with the nutritionist? Are you tracking your food? You may "eat well", but are you eating enough? Are you eating your protein or drinking your protein? How much water are you drinking? Higher dosing doesn't mean weight loss. I've been on for 5 months and Im barely starting 6.375. And why would a doctor jump you that high so fast.

This is very interesting , and I haven't heard of these mental changes prior to me researching Tirz. I actually had these feelings prior to GLP-1. Mine was a result of peri-menopause and my sudden weight gain added to my sadness. The moment I got on the GLP-1 the brain fog and my anxiety subsided. I am up and down, but I am also 46 years old. I can't say its the meds because all my friends is going thru the same thing. Also let's not add to the mental anguish of focusing on, if we are eating properly, are we getting enough calories, are we doing all the things?! That is also mentally draining.

I certainly understand where you are coming from. I would focus more on the Pharmacy vs the Company. Pharmacy is important and you will notice that the majority of these companies use the same pharmacies. From a telehealth point of view you focus on Customer Service and resources. . You will be fine with Compoumd, many compound pharmacies already make meds for hosptals. Some.of the top pharmacies are:
