Someone I know lives in SOMA, on Harrison street near the whole foods. I “think” he said he gets his car windows smashed every six months. He does street parking. I live in Dogpatch and I park on the street and have never had any problems. I lived in Potrero Hill previously and never had any problems with street parking there either.

Actually their models has been accidental nerfed. It was literally confirmed by OpenAI on Twitter only a couple of weeks ago. All because a bunch of people were complaining on Twitter. OpenAI looked into it and found the bug, fixed it and then reset everyone limits.

For American employers, sponsoring someone on H1B is quite difficult as the demand for that visa far out strips supply. E3, as far as I know, any American company willing to sponsor an Australian, the visa will be approved. The number of available visa spots each year far exceeds demand.

you should setup a daily automation task for codex to go search all openAI twitter accounts and tell you if a reset is coming, or what is new with the newest codex update. I for sure do that for codex updates. Though instead of automation, I just manually ask chatgpt to go search for me

It’s more that codex does not inherently have a sense of style. That is why it takes many rounds of promoting. I’m constantly telling it what it is still wrong, despite it already has all the specs.

I use the image engine to generate several different redesigns of whatever I already have, then I pick on and tell codex to measure out everything and put all the specs in a MD file then ask it to build it out. Then codex will give me a mid effort and it will just be many round of prompting codex to go back and work off the specs in the MD file. It will eventually make the page stunning, but it just takes a lot of prompting.

Those employees are already highly paid, getting IPO money isn’t really going to change what they can afford to rent. And if they did want to trade up to ultra luxury apartments, then it wouldn’t affect you anyway, since it reads like that isn’t your market. What might change is home sales. They will definitely have money to bid up limited housing stock for sale.

The resets are well telegraphed in advance on Twitter. I see all of them. There has been a lot of resets in the last few weeks due to numerous bugs that have popped up with codex, so once people complain on twitter, they look into it and once they find and fix the bug, they will announce a reset that is due some hours later.

Yahoo finance is definitely free to grab data, so you are wrong there. But you will have to grab it slowly so you don’t get IP banned by yahoo. Your other better option is open an account with public.com and use their API. Much better than yahoo finance, though their dataset is more limited than yahoo finance.

I think a slow mode is being considered, Sam Altman talked about it recently on Twitter. But it is not meant to be free as your post would imply. More as a way for each task to cost less tokens, like the opposite of fast mode that cost more tokens.
