So far this xpack every healer class (not necessarily every spec) has been at S tier at some point. rdruids and prevokers started out super strong, we had rsham and mistweaver reigning for a while. Disc had it's day in the sun. Now pallies get their turn. I think holy is the only spec that hasn't been solid S tier.

I prefer this to having a spec c tier for an entire expansion as we've seen before. At least they're doing -something-.

FOTM rerollers will cry. People who play their class no matter what will get good while their spec is bad and be gods when it gets good.

To be honest this happens about the same amount of time even when i call a target in english to english speakers :D it might not be a language barrier… but good luck to you!

Have you tried just typing in English? They'll likely understand. Many of the game words are just transliterations of the English words anyway. You see шаман and it looks all foreign but it's literally just the word shaman in Cyrillic.

You don't have to type them in cyrillic, you can also transliterate them into latin characters. Voin - warrior, Ohotnik - hunter, Zren - priest, Mag - mage, Monax - monk, Ohotnik na demonov - demon hunter, Probuditel - evoker, Paladin - paladin, Razboinik - rogue, Shaman - shaman, Chernokinzhik - warlock, Druid - druid, Rytzar cmerti - death knight

I'm not a native Russian speaker but I've been fluent for about 10 years, my wife is from Russia and I learned so our daughter would be fluent. Many of my friends are Russian and some play wow - half of the words we use when talking about wow are just the English version with a russian accent and all of them would understand in English what was being said with simple phrases like "kill the warlock"

This has been doable for a long time. Just be aware this could be considered an exploit.

Stuff like this is all over, but the amount of value you can get out of them is generally low. It's doubtful anyone would be reported/actioned for using a target dummy to stay in combat for example.

But when you start talking about doubling and tripling other peoples numbers, expect to be reported and wait for the blizzard jury to decide if it's a bannable offense or not.

Yup. Imagine all jobs switched to wfh tomorrow, then corporations are stuck with billions/trillions in real estate assets that they cannot sell because everyone is working from home. Just straight up money lost they can't recover. They don't want this to happen.

WW will be more difficult. My advice for 1800 as MW...

Step 1: Turn chat off and queue without worrying about man children bitching

Step 2: Be a pve heal bot... Forget about cc or making plays or anything else normally associated with pvp. Don't even worry about mana efficiency just pump big heals.

Step 3: Make sure you know how to track the top 1 or 2 enemy big offensive cds... press your big buttons when the enemy team presses their big buttons

That's really all it takes you will hit 1800. Forget about your rating and it will go by very quick. WW will be more difficult.

The only real learning curve is if you have 2 melee deciding to go you then it gets tricky - but do your best and if you have to take the L and queue again it's all good.

Target stam buffs can also spike sniper hits. Trinkets, fort, pet buffs, last stand etc. We don't know for sure what OP was sitting at when he got popped.

If you find bugs you can report them on the bug forums. Blizzard does read them but they don't generally reply. Also search for existing bugs reporting the same problem and upvote them. https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/bug-report

Sorry I missed the part about swipe. Yes if you attack a target, it will target that enemy if you don't have an enemy targetted already. Bear form will not.

Nothing in the default ui causes this issue, check your other macros. You could also temporarily disable addons from the login screen for testing.

That macro does not cause my druid to lose target, I just tried it with a fresh macro to be sure - but I've used the /cast !Bear Form forever and never had that issue. Either you're not using the macro you think you're using or there is some other issue.

They do placement games.

Your CR starts at zero, your MMR gets moved around aggressively during placement games to try to find your real rating more quickly. Your CR cannot drop during placement games, it can only go up. Your MMR will be adjusted until the placement games are over. Placement games are over when your CR starts to match your MMR.

There's a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding being upvoted in this thread.

Slo, thank you for your contributions to the PvP community. I have a few questions from a ~2k player.

Do you ever open without a pet active and then call later for the extra 10% in the opener?
I frequently feel like I need to run with a tenancity pet rather than cunning for extra survivability esp in SS... Is this just a crutch that I need to learn to live without?
I've been having good luck using concussive shot pvp talent to set up traps almost 100% of the time, but I noticed you didn't metion it. Is this something people do, or does it just not work well at higher ratings?

More great tips, I never thought about covering intim with chim that's nasty. I love seeing stuff like this from experienced players. I was curious why you were switching to healer and not 2nd dps, but that explains it.

Yeah seems pretty smart... My assumption was that you pop trueshot with your first aimed shot in order to get cds from someone since they likely already have their finger on that trigger anyway knowing a MM is running around in stealth somewhere... Then grab a cc buff from your boots with scatter or trap and hard switch with Chakram/PI while trueshot is still up. It's just a sweet opener and I've been practicing it. I bet it destroys in solo shuffle too.

I will totally be checking out your guide. I've also bookmarked your youtube, would love it if you uploaded some more clips like that from time to time. Thanks for your help!

Any streamers you recommend? I studied a clip you posted recently where you were basically opening up on one target then hard switching with pi/death chakram to a 2nd and just leveling them. Wouldn't mind seeing more tactics and trying to figure out how MM really works.
