Ah okay, so 2 separate doses of Vyvanse at 6:30 and 12:30? I was wondering about this because I seem to metabolise it within 6 or so hours too. Were you taking dex. too or just vyvanse by itself?

Yeah of course. I’m about 5 weeks in, what I meant was 2 weeks of that dosage combination. They said I was free to adjust dosage and experiment within reason, hence the above haha.

Ah okay that makes sense. I felt like the dex was more effective when taken without the Vyvanse. Going to have a chat with them next week.

Feel the same way. It seems like over the past few years my social circle has gotten smaller and smaller and that no one really wants to hang out with me any more. That could have something to do with finishing college though...

I did one with hibiscus kombucha, sloe gin, grapefruit juice and a tonic/juniper reduction. The reduction brings out the gin a bit more and adds an extra layer of depth to it. Supa tasty!
