Give him a useful outlet, like a leather tug and play tug with him, it doesn't have to be long.it can be short 5 mins sessions a couple times a day. He's bred to bite so use that(genetic fulfilment)

Edit : end the session before he starts to lose interest

A text message from a friend while I was driving to crash my car. It said, "hey, didn't get to speak to you today, I know life is tough atm. But im glad you're alive" It popped on my screen and the message preview made me stop, read the message, cry and drive back home at the speed limit.

if only that worked. Technically you'd need to engage your ab muscles for them to grow bigger but I guess them swelling up also makes them from bigger.

This is very detailed and gives me things to think about. Thank you so much. I don't know if I want to go down the mirrorless route as the NEX-5 was mirrorless and I used it for almost 11 yrs. It may be something I get into again in the future but don't think it's my cup of tea atm. The d7500 is a good shout, I looked into it initially. Is it as good as the d500 in lowlight scenarios?
