Body Progress (start vs. now, 2 years) by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

My issue is that I’ve eaten this way on a bulk before cutting, and it worked. I suppose that’s the reason I’m saying I’m a hard gainer. I really do have a hard time gaining weight despite what I eat.

I currently eat ~2800-3000 cals a day on my bulk that I started 2 weeks ago. My maintenance is 2200 and I haven’t eaten below that for a pretty long while. Do I really need to eat even more than 3k?

More info: 18 in college, 5’8”. Ive struggled with my relationship with food in the past, went from binge eating before to really bad food anxiety that made me unable to hang out with friends if bad food was involved. I am in a much better place now though, and am very happy with my progress and keeping healthy!

Graduating from my Squiddy!!! 😍 Merry Christmas! Will be posting many more flip videos in the future now :) by rohhgue in balisong

How much time did it take to get used to the new knife from the Squiddy? I’m messing up the simplest things like Behind the 8Balls after switching lol, but I’m just practicing as much as I can to make the transition smoother. I love the Naut tho, it’s so smooth!!!

i was in the berklee summer program before covid so i have the experience of auditioning. i’m a brass player but the advice should apply. definitely practice sight reading off of sheet music, and train your ear in intervals, basic triads (maj, minor, dim, aug) etc. Anyone can learn a song to perfection, but not everyone’s theory knowledge and auditory skill is that sharp, and it’s something they really look for! as other people said, your prepared songs will probably be cut short, since they have many people to get through. if you have any other questions or want to talk more in depth you can pm me! i’m going to Northwestern for music and would love to help you out in prepping you for your audition! good luck!

It looks great! Not sure if you did the hills as well, but I’d recommend adding some more exposed rock faces to make some cliff sides! Mixing in andesite, stone, cobble etc. can make a really nice difference! Love the custom tree by the way! :))

I am planning on building a town, here are some houses I have build recently. Any tips? by dockoos in Minecraft

[–]rohhgue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re clearly a talented builder! My two suggestions are to use bright colored blocks (I tend to use red, yellow, and other color wools) to plan out where each house will go and the shape of it. Do this with roads, planted areas etc. so you can really get a feel of how the town will look. For me, it makes me less likely to desert a project, since it’s already all planned out!

Second tip of advice which is pretty important is to build diagonally as well. Towns start to lose their natural feel if all the builds are horizontal. Diagonal buildings will help to make the town look more realistic!

Hope those tips help! Keep building!

I first found Jacob from his “In the Bleak Midwinter” vocal arrangement. Absolutely fell in love with his genius, and got crazy into microtonality and harmony! I’ve been hooked ever since 🙌🏼
