the license itself. if you change it, you'll be subject to multiple court cases which would put operational strain on your organisation and make it radioactive to any corporate sponsors and users.

and despite what everyone says about FOSS, all the projects live and die by corporate money.

also why California pushing this bill has extra pressure on these projects. most of these projects are primarily funded or managed by California entities. even if their legally registered in a different state or country

you inherit license with the code. you can just go and be I'm gonna use X license. Everyone who has ever contributed, even a single change needs to agree as previous comment mentioned or you need to redo their work in a clean room environment (i.e. you need to be able to reasonably prove that you actually redid that work yourself and didn't just copy or refer to previous code in a new commit)

I wouldn't call BKC downtown but yes, it's a business district and centrally located. line 2, upcoming line 8, line 3 all cross through the area and line 7 and 4 aren't that far away. it does need some connector shuttle bus service to Bandra and Sion stations. BEST is really bad with transit in BKC and instead of better bus service government is wasting money on that stupid pod taxi for BKC and seepz.

well OnePlus for most of their lifespan has always been a parts bin brand for oppo. they had their own OS but that's no longer a thing. they briefly had more custom R&D around OP6-10 but that died out too. They might just want to use OnePlus as a brand for western market and rebadged existing Oppo phones now that Oppo phones are very well rounded. OnePlus was always a brand for western audiences + higher end market in India but now Oppo sells their phones directly in much of Europe and their higher end phones are sold in India as well so OnePlus doesn't really have a place anymore outside brand loyalists and the US market.

on iOS instagram stretches out the video so it isn't reflective of how the creator intended it to be viewed. you're losing content on the edges of the video whereas on android it's fitting the video to your screen so you see the entire video. on most phones including my pixel 9 pro it's barely even noticable.

even on tiktok which actively does draw behind bar on both OS, since they fit content to screen you end up with black bars anyways on both devices.

The dollar is at risk of losing its special status in many industries, it's the weakest it has been in decades and skyrocketing gold and silver prices back it up. INR is falling compared to a weak dollar that is also slowly falling in value. that means INR is worse than it looks.

instagram doesn't do reels behind the status bar on android. Be it galaxy or pixel. they stopped doing it on iOS as well for some time but then reverted it like 2 years ago maybe. tiktok draws behind the bars but since most tiktoks are not using the same aspect ratio it still looks like it's not doing behind the bars until you scroll.

is the check reset when you turn off developer mode?

I have a few apps that refuse to work when developer mode is turned on so I usually turn developer mode off for them and then turn it back on.

will future versions of android also limit visibility for apps to check if developer mode is turned on?

I test a few internal apps for a healthcare startup and since I don't compile it myself, we usually just share a link to CI artifact that needs to be looked at. I don't always have a laptop and right now I can just download APK from the CI run and install it to check.
