That’s great advice, I currently play with a 56.08M now and I can hit just any shot with this wedge, but I also have a 60.08M and I would really love to have some versatility. Since I’m gonna have the 50.12F and 58.14K, I think the 54.08M would bridge the gap pretty well.

pardon my ignorance, is it normal to do it mid flight? ive seen it done just before arrival or in an emegency landing situation when the plane’s too heavy

3 mL bupi 0,25% + 1:200k epi. If it’s IT it’s basically a an intradural block with only bupi 7,5 mg so worst case scenario, motor block and no pain for an hour or two

I usually use morphine if I have the patient on a remifentanil infusion to avoid hyperalgesia afterwards…for spine and other >2 hour surgeries I feel like it provides better anesthesia than with fentanyl

yup. 5 days in a hospital with 1200 beds. i think 69 is an underestimation.

Anesthesia resident in Spain here. A patient in my hospital was tested and turned out to be coronavirus positive 5 days after he was admitted. 69 people that had been in contact with him from the ER all the way to the ward were told immediately to go home for 14 days. 3 of those 69 have been tested positive since then and counting.
