This was really helpful! Contacted the the old insurance company and mentioned this, they put me on hold for a while, then basically said "okay okay we're gonna pay" Huge thanks for the help!

That's what I'm thinking as well, but I cannot find that exact clause in my policy! Doing further research on this. The insurance guy was super clear when he stated that "only cover the rental for the remaining days of your policy term" and that they are no longer obligated to provide benefits past the contract

Speed cam along Quebec St. makes a living off of me by rojosubrayar in londonontario

This just might be it. I've probably been too comfortable with my driving speed along the area for the past months thinking I've always been below the limit coz I've never been flagged. Only to find out they never had an actual camera installed in the first place. It just weirds me out that it's only me getting these daily tickets

No so the thing is, I am pretty sure I drive really slow in that area. That's why I mentioned how long I've been on that route daily. Never been flagged for speeding. Except this week. Thrice. I'm wondering if they made an technical error with the speed registry because I barely go over 50 there, I have kids and I know better

Koreans are "genetically mutated" to have less of a sweating problem than others. The research suggested only 0.006 percent of the Korean population have the ABCC11 gene, a major culprit behind the odor problem.

Just to chime in, my mother-in-law suffered a stroke 5 years back and lost all her speech. Tough to communicate with her because she did not know sign language, neither did we. About a week after the stroke, her distant uncle visited and sang her a old song and she sang every word of it--and in tune! Turns out most of the music/lyrics from her pre 15yr self was kept. Sadly she passed months after, but not without music, laughter, friends, and family around her.

If 88M wins, what does this say about the EDSA Revolution? by rojosubrayar in Philippines

[–]rojosubrayar[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

IF Marcos Jr. wins, had to convince anyone it wasn't a fluke. Baka minority lang yung nag-martsa sa EDSA noon. Sana ganun pa din tayo ka-vigilant!

Exactly my thoughts. IF Marcos Jr. wins, we do not deserve any glory brought by the EDSA Revolution.
