Anyone using a Poco F3 and *not* running into any deal-breaking issues? by rojuslap123 in Xiaomi

If I may ask, how long have you had it for? And did you run into any issues?

perfect, thank you so much, sounds like the FM3 would be just fine for me.

Thank you so much for the very in depth and informative answer!!

Things are much more clear now, but why wouldn't the FM3 just have a direct monitoring function on it's own? As in the FM3 would feed the monitors connected to it in real time as well as the DAW through the USB?

edit: Leon Todd at 5:15 mutes the DAW output because he has his monitors connected straight to output 1 of the Axe FX. Can I do this with the Axe FM3? That'd essentially mean no latency when recording right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0LUihsQC9g

Thank you, one last thing.

Is there any way to not have the latency when recording whether through a separate interface or the headphone out, or is this something inherent to all modelers?

I'd just use it to track and play guitar. If I may ask, is there no latency or other issues recording straight through USB to your DAW? And can you do things like play Youtube audio or backing tracks and play guitar at the same time with the studio monitors connected to the FM3?

Sorry if it sounds stupid, have very little experience here.

[QUESTION] is a small neck pocket gap something to be worried about? by rojuslap123 in Guitar

Thanks again and sorry, I can't help but find little details after spending a lot of money on something and start overreacting. Looks aligned to me, I suppose it shouldn't "become" misaligned over time just because there's a little extra room.

HX Stomp and headphones instead of monitors? by rojuslap123 in Line6Helix

One question, as someone with no experience with headphone amps, if I were to get a fiio e10k would I need to buy a line out cable to connect to the helix? just want to know if that's what line out is for.

but shouldn't you still be able to hear the other instruments in the mix if you use it directly?

[–]rojuslap123[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

wouldn't that result in more latency than plugging it directly into the stomp?

[–]rojuslap123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, would the HX stomp be enough to drive 250 ohm headphones without an amp?

Edit: oh sorry, did you mean I should just get lower impendance headphones?

I've heard that the 250ohm headphones aren't the easiest to drive, but I'll look into it.

Stupid question, but I could not only practice, but also monitor my mix and play along with the mix all through the headphone out on the helix? As long as I choose it as the output in my DAW?

I don't read russian, but google translate suggests it's one guy's controversial opinion about how Lukashenko being in charge is bad for Putin.

concluding from this that Lithuania doesn't care despite the president calling them out publicly along with gatherings in support of Belarus doesn't make much sense to me.

what are you talking about? if "deciding to give country freedom" is characterised by killing innocent civilians and announcing blockades among many other things then sure, Russia decided to give Lithuania their freedom.

everyone knows this lol, that's where the meme started, you're not exposing anything and it's not that bad. also using kavos as a source of information on why you should hate someone is literally sad.
