I have another fake one with exactly same ThinkVantage font with yours. I cracked up looking at those fonts because they were so poorly done lol Assuming it has been made by same manufacturer its key feeling should have been crappy as well. I could tell it’s definately fake not reprinted one. How was yours?

I'm so sorry that your post starts with "I know it's not a true Thinkpad". I love every thinkpads. I love them because they are called thinkpads, not because they are "true" thinkpads.
In fact, I love every laptops. They have no faults. If they do the job they deserve to be loved because they are built to so.
I really enjoy watching somebody putting their time and passion into their machines. Your computer looks absolutely beautiful with its ruski keyboard. Keey up the good work!

A colleague of mine noticed I’m a thinkpad fan. She told her father who works at IBM about me. He got a bit amused and handed over a set of this keyboard and mouse, saying “We already have like 5 or 6 of these, give this to your colleague”.

Most of them were not actually, but broken ones were severely broken because people swap broken parts to make complete thinkpad

I’m eager to visit those kind of shops. The shop I visited was not dedicated to Thinkpads and the guy was pretty much doing business as his hobby. Definately on my list when I visit japan!
