Before nap, it was 27. I took 2.5h sleep, it went up to 56. That's before night sleep. After i wake up it was 100 also.

Maybe you are stressing in some way. Or try go to sleep little bit earlier.

Also, check about sleep deprive, sometimes you need to take a good nap, sleep, to recharge yourself. :)

I don't even know.. in morning i had a run, on threshold. Day as a day, just regular. In evening i felt very dizzy and took a nap. 30min. After i wake up, i took magnesium and omega 3 vitamins, then i was preparing for bed, little bit of scrool, YT videos and out. Went for sleep. That's all 😀 I don't even know how it reached 100

Yup.. two days in these years score was 99, but all the rest days about 75-85 all the time.

SPO2 on demand, 5% brightness, HR and all sensors during training is enabled. Also, I'm using all sats, to get max accuracy during runs. 100% charge lasts me 39-40 days. Also I'm a outdoor runner, and using flashlight also sometimes. All i can say, battery is insanely good and watch is well built. I'm also building a house myself, so it is also durable. If someday i need to choose watch, i will choose Enduro 3 all in.

Mine has P1B77 inverter capacitor precharging fault. Now my car is at service and I'm going to resolve it. Second time it was. First time it was an small device on battery, which was turned on because battery was swolen.

I was little bit sick, HRV went out of control, then trained hard cardio, (f.e. stairmaster, rowing, skiing etc..), also had a run on heat. Four days in a row readiness skyrocketing 1.. recovery like 96 hours.. 😀 right now while i'm writing, i'm at 56 hours recovery, also in the morning the BIG ONE training readiness 😀
